Maximum occupancy without owner present is 6 people including infants.
Renters and overnight guests are not permitted to have pets.
Each condo at Sunset is individually owned, furnished, and maintained. Some units are available for rent. However, Sunset Association, does not participate in or have any role in condominium rentals, nor does it have any availability information. Sunset Association is not a party to any condo rental agreement and assumes no liability regarding condo rental.
All communication about the physical condition of condos, financial arrangements, entry instructions, and other details of the rentals must be done with the owner or rental agent.
Neither the Sunset Association nor its employees are able to answer any on-site questions about the details of condo rentals.
